Fees

A 10% discount is granted for bookings of 15 days or more. A monthly package can be negotiated for bookings of one month or more. A deposit of 30% is to be paid upon reservation of your residence. The remaining 70% is to be paid at the end of the residency.

If you need to cancel for any reason – up to 30 days before the start of your residence – the deposit will be refunded. 

While it is up to the artist to finance their own residence, tigMAÏA can provide a letter of acceptance to facilitate applications for funding.
